An O.I.C. Specialty Laboratory
Occlusion - Implant - Cosmetic

At Klausz Dental Laboratories, we are committed to providing our clients with a full range of services, restorations, and appliances to meet all aspects of clinical dentistry. To meet your expectations we have grown into an Occlusal-Implant-Cosmetic (O.I.C.) Laboratory.

We view the role of the dental lab as a partner to our clients, in both determining their goals and objectives and going out of our way in helping to achieve them. When we say, "Working Harder And Smarter For Your Practice!", we mean that we're finding solutions for each of our client's specific needs and challenges, whatever they may be. We consider ourselves to be an extension of your dental practice. That is the changing role of the dentist/laboratory relationship, and we believe it has led to the continued success of our clients and our laboratory.

We hope our e-Newsletters prove to be informative, educational, and beneficial. Each issue will cover different topics on materials, techniques, services and educational opportunities. Please do not hesitate to contact us with specific questions. We look forward to working with you.

Orthodontic Appliances

One of Klausz Dental Lab’s Best Kept Secrets

When it comes to orthodontics, most people don’t associate our laboratory with orthodontic appliances.

Sure we’re known for fixed restorations such as Porcelain Fused to Metal, All Ceramic Restorations and Polymer Glass Restorations, all combined with our Exclusive Bite Equilibration Technique.

We’ve been fabricating some of the most aesthetic and functioning removable restorations such as Complete and Partial Dentures, Cast Partial Dentures along with Denture Repairs, Relines, and Additions for Over 43 years.

Our TMJ Splints, made with the new Aqualizer Bite Registration Technique, provide for splints with minimal to no occlusal adjustments. As well, our line of Dr. Olmos Certified Orthotics, are sure to make your TMD rehabilitation procedures progress smoothly.

But what about Orthodontic Appliances?

We can provide you and your patients with the latest in removable and fixed orthodontic appliances to meet the specific needs for your desired final result. Whether it’s a simple Band and Loop Space Maintainer or a Maxillary Removable Expansion Appliance, we have the ability to custom make appliances to meet your exacting needs.

When you’re planning your next ortho case, think of Klausz Dental Laboratories.

Orthodontics - just another way we’re working harder and smarter for your practice!

“Digital Dentistry” comes to Klausz Dental Laboratories

As technology is constantly changing, our laboratory is evolving to meet the changing needs of our clients. This is how we have been able to build and maintain relationships with our clients for over forty years. We are proud to announce that we have become a Cadent iTero Partner Laboratory. This enables us to now accept your digital scans from clients who choose the Cadent iTero Digital Impression System. Designed to replace the uncomfortable and sometimes imprecise tray and putty method of traditional impressions, iTero offers dentists and laboratories a technology driven impression procedure that is superior to conventional methods.

iTero is powered by proprietary computer aided design technology that enables the dentists to take a 3-D digital scan of a patient's mouth, make any necessary adjustments, and then transmit the file electronically to the lab where the final restoration can be crafted with precision and accuracy.

The only digital impression system that…

  • Allows for the fabrication of all types of restorations
  • Eliminates the need for coating teeth
  • Utilizes single-use imaging shields for infection control
  • The ability to scan quadrants or full arches

Greater efficiency…

  • More accurate impressions ensures a superior restoration
  • Increased productivity by reducing costly remakes

Looking to the future of digital dentistry - just another way we’re working harder and smarter for your practice!
