"We Build Advanced Occlusal Concepts
Into Everything We Do!"
We've Grown into an O.I.C. Laboratory
At Klausz Dental Laboratories, we are committed to providing our clients with a full range of services, restorations, and appliances to meet all aspects of clinical dentistry. To meet your expectations we have grown into an Occlusal-Implant-Cosmetic (O.I.C.) Laboratory.

With almost 50 years of experience in the dental technology field, we build advanced occlusal concepts into every restoration and appliance we custom fabricate. With a greater understanding of how teeth, muscles and joints work together, we can create restorations that not only look lifelike and aesthetic, but can last longer and function better. Allow us to apply the knowledge we’ve accumulated into your next restoration or appliance.

We hope our e-Newsletters prove to be informative, educational, and beneficial. Each issue will cover different topics on materials, techniques, services and educational opportunities.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with specific questions. We look forward to working with you.

Advanced Dental Occlusion
A Simplified Approach That Yields Maximum Results

Beautiful, lifelike reproduction of teeth can be created with a variety of different materials and techniques, but what about function? To ensure long-term success, a greater understanding of occlusion is needed. At Klausz Dental Labs, we ensure that the beautiful smiles we create today will hold up to the rigors of mastication and occlusal forces in the future.

Teeth need to work and function in harmony with each other. They must provide for maximum interdigitation in function and working contacts. At the same time, they must allow for the free range of motion provided by the reduction of interferences in movement. This new millennium has brought together more precise articulators, so that in conjunction with simpler face bow procedures and a greater understanding of occlusal concepts, function can now be achieved with greater accuracy and consistency.

Loaner Materials & In-office Demonstration

As a service to our clients, we have available an Arcus Face Bow and a Kois Dento-Facial Analyzer that we can lend to you.
We have all the accessories available to take a registration. Contact the lab, prior to your patient’s appointment, and we will gladly send it to your office. As well, we would be happy to provide you with an in-office demonstration so you can see for yourself how easy it is to use and how much it can improve the quality of your work.

Call us to arrange for your in-office demonstration. You’ll be glad you did.

A New Breakthrough For Temporarily Replacing Missing Teeth!

A simple, comfortable way to Retain and Replace Missing Anterior Teeth

The Essix technology provides a simpler, more comfortable way to retain and replace missing anterior teeth. Now you can provide your patients with exceptionally aesthetic temporary removable bridges that are comfortable to wear and easy to maintain.

Patients today can present in your office with a multitude of problems when it comes to their overall oral health. When it comes to aesthetics, the loss of an anterior tooth or teeth is an immediate concern. Sometimes the demands of the patient for an instant solution can uncover other problems that need to be addressed. These may involve such things as periodontal inflammation, the need to extract other teeth, or the repair of decay.

In the past the solutions were to jump right in and prepare the adjacent teeth for fixed crown and bridgework and then to provide a temporary fixed bridge, to provide the patient with a removable flipper appliance to wear that was bulky and uncomfortable, or to do nothing at all.

Thin Vacuformed Plastic Supports Denture Teeth or Old Crown or Bridge
Today we have another option, the Essix Temporary Removable Bridge. The Essix material is formulated from a thin piece of specialty plastic that comes in various thicknesses. The patient’s missing teeth are replaced on the model with denture teeth to the correct shade and mould, or another option is to incorporate the patient’s old crown or bridge into the appliance when possible. The Essix material is vacuform molded to fit snugly over the restorative and natural teeth. Finally, the appliance is trimmed to just cover the natural teeth, stopping just before the tissue.
