"We Build Advanced Occlusal Concepts
Into Everything We Do!"

We've Grown into an O.I.C.S. Specialty Laboratory

At Klausz Dental Laboratories, we are committed to providing our clients with a full range of services, restorations, and appliances to meet all aspects of clinical dentistry. To meet your expectations we have grown into an Occlusal-Implant-Cosmetic-Sleep (O.I.C.S.) Specialty Laboratory.

With 50 years of experience in the dental technology field, we build advanced occlusal concepts into every restoration and appliance we custom fabricate. With a greater understanding of how teeth, muscles and joints work together, we can create restorations that not only look lifelike and aesthetic, but can last longer and function better. Allow us to apply the knowledge we’ve accumulated into your next restoration or appliance.

We hope our e-Newsletters prove to be informative, educational, and beneficial. Each issue will cover different topics on materials, techniques, services and educational opportunities.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with specific questions. We look forward to working with you.

We're Celebrating!

Klausz Dental Laboratories has been proudly serving the dental community for half a century!

From our family's humble beginnings of fabricating gold crowns with acrylic facings, to providing some of the most advanced all ceramic restorations, dental orthotics, and sleep apnea appliances, one thing is certain: we’ve grown by always listening to our clients and fulfilling their individual needs.

We would like to thank everyone who has made our journey possible.

We’re proud of our past and we’re looking forward to a bright future.

Anterior Aesthetics by Klausz Dental Labs
Case Courtesy of Dr. Stephen Abrams

Scarborough, Ontario

“I love it when a plan comes together. I wouldn’t start a major case without careful planning, and that includes consulting with my lab. Ron and his team at Klausz Dental Laboratories not only create high quality restorations, but their case planning and attention to detail are second to none.”

Anterior Aesthetics by Klausz Dental Labs
4 e.Max Layered ¾ Crowns + 2 e.Max Layered Crowns

The patient presented with 25 year old porcelain veneers on her maxillary incisors and was interested in improving her smile by changing the color and shape of her teeth. Discussions were had with regards to periodontal surgery and crown lengthening, as well as bleaching. In the end, after looking at the diagnostic wax up, she decided to move forward with all ceramic restorations.

Arcus Face Bow records were taken and study models were mounted on a Kavo Protar Articulator. After programming the articulator, a functional diagnostic wax-up was fabricated. From the wax-up a clear Memosil Matrix was provided and chair side temporary restorations were placed to confirm occlusion and function. After several weeks of temporary function, the final e.Max layered restorations were fabricated: ¾ anterior crowns for all 4 incisors and crowns to alter the 1st bicuspids to look like cuspids. The final aesthetic result made the patient very happy and the functional result made me very happy.

A Leading Provider of Panther D-SAD Appliances
We are proud to announce that we provide more Panthera D-SAD Appliances to dentists than any other dental lab in Ontario.

A Bite Repositionign Appliance (BRA) is Worn for a Short Period and Helps to Reduce Possible Bite Changes
After wearing a Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD) over a period of time, there is an inevitable undesirable bite change with the potential of a posterior open bite developing, as the mandible slowly migrates forward. To mitigate this problem, it is advisable to wear a Bite Repositioning Appliance (BRA) immediately after removing the MAD. The patient should bite on this until he feels a normal, solid contact on the back teeth. The length of time needed for this varies from patient to patient. This could be done while showering or commuting.

The Fit is Similar to a Sports Guard
These Bite Repositioning Appliances are made from a thin thermoform material that fits over the lower teeth, similar to a sports mouth guard. The posterior occlusion of the maxillary opposing dentition is imprinted into the appliance and gently guides and holds the mandible in place as the muscles reposition the mandible into the normal occlusion.

8 Colours Available
Bite Repositioning Appliances from Klausz Dental Laboratories are available in a variety of colours and are designed to be as individual as your patients that wear them.

Always looking for ways to improve the quality of our work
is just another way, "We're Working Harder and Smarter for Your Practice!"

Our Doors are Always Open
We pride ourselves in the high quality and care that we provide our clients and their patients.

There’s no better sign that we are serving you well than the number of new dentist referrals that contact our laboratory. Referrals and word of mouth are the number one source of new clients for us. When you give us a good reference, we won’t let you down! A vibrant client base helps our laboratory grow and expand so that we can continue to offer the very best in dental laboratory materials and services.

So, if you’re wondering whether or not we accept new clients – the answer is YES. Not only do we accept them, we encourage them. There’s no higher compliment for us than to be given the privilege of meeting and serving the needs of your colleagues and friends.

Most laboratories are constantly looking to obtain as many new clients as possible – NOT US.
To maintain the high quality of work and exceptional service our clients have come to expect, we are only looking for 3 new clients in 2017.

We’re looking to build lasting relationships with our clients and that starts with a clear understanding of their needs. When we say, “Working Harder and Smarter For Your Practice”, we mean that we’re finding solutions for each of our client’s specific needs and challenges, whatever they may be.
Are you looking for more? If so, why not give us a call?
