"We Build Advanced Occlusal Concepts
Into Everything We Do!"

We've Grown into an O.I.C.S. Specialty Laboratory

At Klausz Dental Laboratories, we are committed to providing our clients with a full range of services, restorations, and appliances to meet all aspects of clinical dentistry. To meet your expectations we have grown into an Occlusal-Implant-Cosmetic-Sleep (O.I.C.S.) Specialty Laboratory.

With 50 years of experience in the dental technology field, we build advanced occlusal concepts into every restoration and appliance we custom fabricate. With a greater understanding of how teeth, muscles and joints work together, we can create restorations that not only look lifelike and aesthetic, but can last longer and function better. Allow us to apply the knowledge we’ve accumulated into your next restoration or appliance.

We hope our e-Newsletters prove to be informative, educational, and beneficial. Each issue will cover different topics on materials, techniques, services and educational opportunities.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with specific questions. We look forward to working with you.

We're Celebrating!

We would like to thank everyone who has made our journey possible.

We’re proud of our past and we’re looking forward to a bright future.

Splint Therapy Just Got A Lot More Fun!!!

Coloured Thermoplastics

Our Thermoplastics are now available in a variety of colours, designed to be as individual as your patients are.

We are proud to be able to offer our clients a variety of options when it comes to splint therapy, and now all our Thermoplastic Splints can be tinted in 8 additional colours to complement our original crystal clear shade.

Clear Pink Blue Orange Yellow  Violet Green Black Red

The Thermoplastic Splint - for Patient Comfort
Made from a unique thermo-plastic material and was developed for greater patient comfort.  The advanced properties of this material allow it to flex when softened under warm water and thus conforms to the contours of the patient’s teeth when inserted.

The Hard Occlusal/Thermoplastic Interior Splint - for Durability & Comfort
By far the most popular splint and was developed for those heavy bruxers and clenchers.  Its unique combination of a tough impact resistant occlusal surface with its pliable tooth and tissue side offers your patients the best of both worlds: lasting durability and custom comfort.

The Thermoplastic Anterior Deprogrammer - Prevents Posterior Contact - Calms Muscles
Designed to prevent posterior tooth contact and is more than a standard bite splint. It protects the teeth by calming the temporalis muscles, and in many cases can reduce or eliminate muscle pain and inflammation associated with bruxing and clenching.

Whatever your requirements, we have the splint for you! Now In Colour!

Update 2017 - Aqualizer Bite Registration

The time I save is incredible! - Dr. Jordan Soll, Toronto

"When I met with Ron Klausz and he described the Aqualizer Muscle Directed Bite Registration Technique for flat plane splints, I was skeptical.

After all the cases I've done, I am now convinced that there is a real difference. The time I save is incredible. It has reduced my insert appointments in half. In this crazy, hurried world, it makes my life a little easier."

Dr. Jordan Soll, Toronto

Ultra Thin Porcelain Veneers

For Doctors and Patients Who Expect the Finest in Aesthetic Restorations

Cosmetic dentistry has made great strides since Dr. Charles Pinius first developed porcelain veneers in 1938. Today, patients seeking cosmetic procedures demand results that are long lasting, natural in appearance, and compatible with existing structures. Research and development of new materials enable us to meet these demands.

With the use of today’s specially formulated veneering porcelains, ultra thin veneers of 0.3mm to 0.6mm can be made with less tooth reduction, thus decreasing the probability of sensitivity and increasing bond strength to enamel.  Nature creates a tooth through a series of layers.  Our Ultra Thin Veneers are developed in the same way.  Our technicians apply a series of the finest porcelain powders to match the patient’s shade of choice.  Through this process, the technician builds chroma, value, and hues internally, the way nature meant them to be.

Translucent masking dentins enhance the ability to hide badly discoloured teeth, while providing the same translucency, depth of colour and fluorescence inherent in natural teeth. Add to this our Exclusive Bite Equilibration Technique and you’re sure to receive restorations of the highest quality. Equilibration is essential to establish the correct occlusion. It involves eliminating incline interferences, and doing away with adjustments that lead to wasting valuable chair time.

Your patients expect you to provide the finest aesthetic restorations available. Now with Ultra Thin Veneers, you can offer them the world’s most beautiful smile. We’re eager to be a partner to your success, and are able to provide you with information on case design, preparation, and bonding techniques.

We even have a RelyX Veneer Bonding Kit, that we would be pleased to lend you, with your next case.

At Klausz Dental Laboratories, we take great pride in being able to provide our clients with the best dental materials science has to offer. Staying current - just another way we are working harder and smarter for your practice
