"Klausz Lab Perfectionists Deliver Beautiful Aesthetics!"

“I know the technicians at Klausz Dental Lab are perfectionists - each case is studied with careful attention to detail. From case design, to fabrication, and onto the final quality check before it leaves the lab, every detail is examined. Restorations insert with ease, with minimal adjustment needed, and the aesthetics are beautiful. I really appreciate all they do for me and my patients.”

Case Study - Dr. Ron Goodlin - Ultra Thin Veneers

The patient, who is in the dental field, presented with stained, discolored, and chipped anterior teeth.  The previously restored bonding and veneers to close diastemas were failing due to occlusal forces and so our patient was not happy with her smile and was feeling self conscious.

We determined that a combination of increased tooth length to restore the occlusal guidance, provide improved proportionality, and aesthetics using the most minimally invasive approach would result in an improved situation according to the challenging pre-operative condition.

Following several weeks of a trial smile in provisional restorations, ultra thin porcelain veneers were fabricated for the maxillary six anterior teeth using the refractory die method.   When the patient is ready, future additional restorations to build out the buccal corridor will be undertaken.

The smile aesthetic due to the new shape, colour and incisal length of the teeth was greatly improved and the patient is thrilled with the patient is thrilled with the final results.

BresoTEC

Engineering Sleep - Advancing Health

Klausz Laboratory is a Provider of BresoTEC

A simple-to-use,cost effectice, and disposable home sleep test.

We take pride in providing you with the very best dental technology has to offer. Partnering with innovative companies to ensure our clients are getting the best materials, the latest designs, and are the first to receive information on special incentives is just another way we ensure our clients stay at the forefront of clinical dentistry.

We have come across a very interesting company with a simple-to-use, cost effective, and disposable home sleep test.  It was developed here in Toronto at the Toronto Rehab Institute under the MARS project. The company is called BresoTec and their home sleep testing unit is called the BresoDX.

The BresoDX is a personal, cordless device that is worn over the nose and mouth and captures multiple data streams by using two channels: a microphone and an accelerometer. The device can be used up to six times by the same user with purchase of extra Re-Use Kits.

The process is simple. Once the patient has slept with the unit on, the Micro SD card is removed, loaded into the card reader, and the information is uploaded through BresoTec’s website. In less than 10 minutes a detailed report is generated and is accessible through the secure web portal.

A new day for home sleep studies!

It’s a cost effective way to accurately titrate any sleep apnea device you prescribe for your patients.

To help make it more convenient to provide your patients with this simple-to-use testing system, you can now order a BresoDX, as well as Re-Use Kits, when you prescribe any sleep apnea device through us.

$50 OFF & FREE Micro SD Card Reader

We have a special introductory offer for you. We are offering you $50.00 off the first BresoDX you order from us. That’s a 33% savings of the regular fee of $150.00. Additionally, with your first BresoDX order with us, we will send you a Micro SD card reader for free. You can also order Re-Use Kits from us for just $35.00 per kit.

We are excited to make this product available for our clients. Its new technology is an accessible solution for sleep tests, in the comfort of your patient’s own home.

If you are interested in learning more about the BresoDX, please call the lab for more information.

Novaloc Matrix System for Locator Abutments

The Novaloc Matrix System, with its newly developed technology, is a ready-made connective element to affix removable dentures to Locator Abutments

PEEK Material Snap Fit - retention and strength in demanding situations

The snap fit connection of the Novaloc Matrix to the Locator Abutment is based on the locking mechanism of the retention inserts. These four, colour coded inserts span the functional range of the Locator Abutment and are more retentive than traditional male inserts. In particular, thanks to the construction of the retention insert and the use of PEEK as a material, the Novaloc Matrix is also able to cater to situations where several extremely divergent abutment positions exist without wear and tear to the retention inserts.
  • Innovative Swiss Made technology
  • 4 Retentive inserts, logically colour coded according to retention values
  • Retention inserts have a long lifespan and better hygiene
  • Well thought-out, user friendly Novaloc tools

Allows for Implant Divergence of 40 degrees

The Novaloc Matrix System offers the possibility of retention of a dental prosthesis for non-parallel implants with angles of up to 20 degrees. This means that divergences between two implants of a maximum of 40 degrees can be corrected. For this purpose, the four color-coded Novaloc retention inserts, classified by retention weight, can be used without the need for angled abutments.

There are a lot of good reasons to choose Novaloc
